In 1992, Famous Music Corporation and Lucasfilm produced a limited series of sheet music to coincide with the release of Young Indy. Two versions of the main theme were selected and arranged for solo piano. These are currently out of print.
"Title Theme" - composed by Laurence Rosenthal - is the first edition of sheet music that was written for solo piano. It is an arrangement of Rosenthal's orchestral composition "Main Title" which was recorded for the Volume 1 CD. The online music notation software Noteflight contains a free copy of this sheet music.
"Indy's Jazz" - composed by Laurence Rosenthal - is the second edition of sheet music that was written for solo piano. It is an arrangement of Rosenthal's orchestral composition "Main Title (Alternate)" which was recorded for the Volume 2 CD. However, this particular arrangement is a different rendition of the theme that also incorporates some of the music from the opening narration of My First Adventure.
Currently, no other scores to Young Indiana Jones are publically available. The original scores from the recording sessions are stored at Skywalker Ranch. Often times, companies such as Alfred Music have licensing agreements to produce their own orchestral arrangements of film scores for youth orchestras. However, these two piano arrangements are the only ones that have been published so far.
